The community of DMV basketball is a warm and elite group with a wide range of ages and skill levels but one common theme: a love of winning and a desire to improve.
Hoop Squad is friendly with all the basketball communities of the DMV, from the Goodman League run by Miles Rawls to the Watts League headlined by Curt Smith, who Kevin Durant says is the best basketball player in the history of the D.C. area, to the St. James in Virginia.
The bottom line is DMV basketball is championship basketball, and the mission of hoop squad is to allow DMV basketball culture to be exported globally.
